COVID 19 Phase 1 Guidelines

Changes to Normal Operations Include: 

All Golfers MUST have a Tee Time Reservation

Due to the limited availability of play and other restrictions, it is strongly recommended that you call to make a reservation well in advance.    

Changes to the Check-in Process

  • Park and leave your clubs in your vehicle.
  • Proceed to the Breezeway of the clubhouse.
  • PREPAID GUESTS will be assigned and given a cart based on availability and tee time priority.
  • Guests needing to pay will need to wear their mask and wait in line to pay.  Ony 2 guests will be allowed in the pro shop at any time and must use social distancing.   
  • Once Paid, guest will then be assigned and given a cart based on availability and tee time priority.  
  • Drive cart to parking lot and load your clubs and proceed to #1 tee or practice facility as instructed by staff.  

NOTE: Tamahka staff will NOT assisting you with your golf clubs. 

Pay in Advance by Credit Card
EVERYONE is encouraged to Pay in Advance to avoid the line and the wait.    

Credit Card ONLY
During this Phase 1 reopening, cash will not be accepted in either the pro shop or the Grill.  Guests MUST pay with credit or debit card only.

One Person Per Cart  
Golfers will be limited to one person per cart. Special allowances may be made for spouses along with parents and children who live in the same house.  No spectator carts will be allowed
 

Limited Play - For those Riding in Cart
Due to the limited number of golf carts, play will be limited to no more than 60 golfers over a four hour period. Carts will be assigned based on availability.  Therefore, you and your group may not get your assigned carts until just minutes before your tee time.

Green Fees Include 18 Holes ONLY
During this Phase 1 reopening, Green Fees include 18 holes only.  Rates no longer include unlimited golf.  Replays will be based on availability and the following fees will apply:  18 hole = $20 | 9 Holes = $10.   

Limited COMP Vouchers Accepted Daily
EVERYONE wanting to use Casino COMPS to pay for their golf MUST inform the pro shop when making the tee time.  Only 10 COMP rounds will be allowed each day and will be allocated on a first come first serve basis...NO EXCEPTIONS.  Guests MUST show Players Card and valid photo ID.      

Limited Access to Clubhouse
Guests will have access to the Pro Shop and restrooms only.  No indoor dining or drinking will be allowed. Access to all food and beverages will be through the window located in back of the clubhouse.   

Grill - Limited Menu & Hours of Operations
Tamahka Grill will be open daily from 8:00AM - 6:00PM.  The menu will consist of: Hamburger, Hot Dog, Club Sandwich and Chicken Salad each served with your choice of chips.  Our beverage menu will remain unchanged.  The Kitchen will be open from 10:30AM - 3:00PM.   

All Amenities Removed from the Golf Cart
The following items will be removed from the golf carts: ice chest (w/ice and bottled water), sand bottles, towels, tees, pencil and scorecard. Complimentary bag of ice and bottled water will be available from the grill.   Note: Scorecard, pencils and tees available upon request in the pro shop. 

BE SAFE! Bring Your Mask and Sanitizer
It is recommended that ALL golfers bring their own mask and sanitizer to ensure that you are protected at all times.  

 

Changes on the Course

Practice Facilities Open, but MUST Exercise Social Distancing 

The practice range, putting and chipping greens will be open, however, Golfers MUST exercise social distancing at all times. No gathering in small areas.  The pyramids on the range will be spaced 15-18 feet apart for your protection.  Bag stands will be removed and the putting green cups will be raised above the surface of the green.   

No Touching the Flag Stick 
The cups will be filled with foam to prevent the ball from going below the surface of the green.  Golfer MUST keep the flag stick in at all times.  No exceptions.    

Groups limited to a Max of 4 Players 
Groups will consist of a maximum of 4 players.  No fivesomes will be allowed during phase 1 reopening.   

Ball Washers and Trash Receptacles Removed
Golfers will be required to handle their own trash and dispose of it in the trash receptacle located in the parking lot beside the designated cart return area.  Also, you are encouraged to bring your own towel to clean your golf ball.     

After Play... 
At the conclusion of play, you will be asked to go directly to the parking lot and remove your golf clubs and personal belongings.  Then you are asked to empty the trash from your cart and park it in the designated area.
