GENERAL INFORMATION

All Players must register in the Pro Shop prior to entering the practice facility.

• Each players shall have their own set of clubs. Cobra rental sets are available in the pro shop.
• All Play will begin on the first tee unless otherwise notified by the professional staff.
• All food & beverage must be purchased from Tamahka Trails Golf Club. No food and beverage is allowed to be brought onto the premises.

RESERVATIONS

• Starting times will be taken 60-days in advance.  
• Single, twosome and threesome reservations should expect to be paired up with other players as designated by the pro shop or starter.
• Standby or walk-in groups will be accommodated at the first available tee time.

CANCELLATIONS

Cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance. 

RAIN CHECK POLICY

Rain Checks will be issued if the course becomes unplayable or too dangerous to play. Rain Checks will be issued based on number of holes completed.  

PACE OF PLAY

It is the goal of Tamahka Trails to ensure that every guest has an outstanding experience. Groups are expected to maintain a pace of play of 4:20. Player Assistants will be on the course to assist players and help ensure that each group is playing in accordance to these stated goals.  

DRESS CODE

All players are expected to wear appropriate golf attire. Collard shirts for men and burmuda length shorts. No tank tops, cut-offs or denim are allowed. Soft spikes are required.

The following is acceptable dress attire for men and women playing Tamahka Trails Golf Club or using the practice facility:

MEN

• Slacks or burmuda length golf shorts.
• Collared shirts/mock turtleneck golf shirts are acceptable.

WOMEN

• Slacks or burmuda length golf shorts or skirts.
• collared golf shirts.
• Sleeveless/collarless golf shirts.

The following attire will NOT be acceptable for men and women:

• Denim jeans, slacks or shirts.
• Athletic shorts including beach or bathing suit style
• Athletic warm-up suits
• T-shirts and tank tops

Any guest or rider accompanying golfers on the course or in the clubhouse must wear the proper attire. The management of Tamahka Trails Golf Club reserves the right to refuse business to any guest not conforming to the above dress code.

SPECTATORS | RIDERS

There will be an extra charge for spectators and riders. No walking or jogging on the course is permitted.

GOLF CARS

Only Tamahka Trails Golf Club cart are allowed on the golf course. No private golf carts are permitted on the golf course at any time.
